?The apartment is located on the raised ground floor, you will have to take 5 steps to access the accommodation.

? In the heart of the Contades district, you will have the opportunity to explore Neustadt on foot. Built to make Strasbourg a showcase of Prussian power, the Neustadt is distinguished by its grandiose squares, its wide, airy avenues lined with trees but also by a happy alliance between the monumental and a keen sense of the landscape. It is today classified as a UNESCO world heritage site. This astonishing post-Haussmannian district shows some architectural extravagances, joyfully mixing Italian neo-Renaissance, neo-Gothic and Art Nouveau. Following the destruction of the Second World War, it remains one of the last testimonies of German architecture from the end of the 19th century.

House rules:
?This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
?Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.

? Animals are strictly prohibited.

?Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.

? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €60 cleaning costs.

? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
