coming from Epinal on the 4 lanes, near Remiremont take the Mulhouse Gérardmer la Bresse exit and follow the direction of Bresse on the D43. Cross Vagney, Thiéfosse and after Thiéfosse take the exit on the left towards Les Amias, Lac de la Moselotte. You will find the gîte on your right about 500 m after Moselotte Lake.
This spacious detached house is located 1 km from the center of the village where you will find many amenities: bakery, supermarket, doctor... Lake Moselotte with beach in summer, and fishing in season, 500 meters away. The greenway (53 km of cycle path for bikes or rollerblades). Alsace 40 km. Winter sports: Station l'Ermitage Frères Joseph in Ventron 15 km away, or La Bresse Hohneck 25 km away. Gérardmer and its lake 25 km away. Remiremont (TGV station) 20 km. Independent house.
- Ground floor: entrance, laundry room, with washing machine, storage (bicycles, skis).
- On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds, 1 baby bed). Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, 4 gas burners, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette grill and hand blender. Dining room with lounge area. Bathroom with walk-in shower. WC.
Charges included: oil central heating.
Balcony. Land of 100 m², not enclosed. Tarmac parking in front of the house.
Pets accepted with supplement.
Baby equipment: travel cot and high chair
For any reservation contract established from 03.20.2023: end-of-stay cleaning included in the price.
You will be welcomed at the cottage by the owners.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
