From Epinal follow RN57 and at Remiremont take Mulhouse, Gérardmer, la Bresse. Continue towards Gérardmer, la Bresse and at the St-Amé roundabout turn right into Vagney, la Bresse. It is advisable to go through CORNIMONT: in Cornimont, at the traffic lights (only one traffic light) turn left, then right towards Baudimont/Col de Lauvy for 3 km until 121 chemin des Etivals. A sign indicating the direction of the gîte "Le Garn" indicates the last fork on the left (then continue until Chemin des Étivals).
Located in the town of Saulxures-sur-Moselotte and 3 km from the center of Cornimont (all shops), gîte with enclosed and secure garden, located due south in the Parc des Ballons des Vosges. Breathtaking and unobstructed view of the Vosges peaks.
Well equipped and comfortable, this vacation spot is ideal for relaxation and discovery.
Hiking trails are accessible directly from the gîte. Voie Verte des Hautes Vosges and Saulxures sur Moselotte nautical base nearby.
The lodge is supplied with spring water. Independent house with entrance-veranda.

Ground floor: lounge area with coffee table, armchairs, sofa, fireplace, wifi and 128 cm TV.
Very well equipped open kitchen. Living room overlooking the enclosed garden including a 30m2 terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, deckchairs.

On the 1st floor:
- 2 bedrooms (the first with 1 double bed, the second with a double bed and 1 bed with two individual bunk beds),
- bathroom (shower),
- Independent WC.

Baby essentials available free of charge: bathtub, travel cot, changing mat, etc. Safety barrier on the stairs.

Animals are not allowed.

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
