An old spiral staircase will take you to a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200), a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (90x190) and a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail). The beds will be made upon your arrival, household linen (tea towels, tablecloth, napkins), heating and electricity will be included in the price of the stay. Free parking 50 meters away. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Paris is 1 hour away by train. Abbeys, commanderies, old mills. On site: restaurants, bar/tobacco shop, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, etc.). Tourist tax to be paid on site. Located in the city center of Romilly sur Seine, at the foot of shops and all amenities (pharmacy, supermarket, tobacco/press...), this cozy duplex apartment combining charm and modernity is located on the 1st floor of a small building and adjoining a gîte which can accommodate 6 to 7 people. For all reservations of the 2 apartments (total capacity 11 people), a discount will be granted.
The price includes: Beds made on arrival, heating and electricity.
The price does not include: Bathroom linen, end-of-stay cleaning.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
