Villa La Belle

General

The holiday home for 20 persons has three bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds and seven double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a stereo (wireless), a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a bicycle parking, a table tennis table, a bar, a garden, a football table, a fitness equipment, a billiard, a patio and a terrace and there are two barbecues, two sets of garden furniture and two trampolines. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, three toilets, five washbasins, two hairdryers, two baths and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a playpen and there are three cots and two high chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, a coffee maker (espresso machine), a microwave and an oven.

Via a long private road, surrounded by old lime trees, you reach this pearl in the Champagne region. The authentic villa is located next to Remehan Castle and boasts a garden of no less than 6500 m². there are horse stable available for 4-horses. It is an ideal choice for holidays with family or friends.

Enjoy the beautiful nature during walks through the Champagne region. You can eat out at one of the many restaurants nearby and a visit to Lac de Douzy is also well worthwhile.

The fully equipped kitchen with American fridge and a thermostat allows you to prepare delicious dishes. Both children and adults can have fun in the recreation room with table football, billiards, darts, game console and various board games. Outside, you can show off your grilling skills on the OFYR barbecue while the children can burn off their energy on the trampoline. The relaxation area with bar and billiards, bird cock, table football, giant four in a row, shuffleboard and many board games is top notch. The large terrace at the back of the house with the long table and the chair under the umbrellas is very nice. You have a large private parking at the villa.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
