On the ground floor, you will have an equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room, a double bedroom (160x200 bed), a bathroom (shower, double sink), a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs, you will benefit from a mezzanine offering a reading corner (armchair + books) and a games area (table football / toys) and 2 bedrooms each composed of 2 90x190 beds (which can be pushed together into beds doubles) Outside: large enclosed courtyard allowing parking for several vehicles, terrace with garden furniture and awnings, barbecue, deckchairs and garage. To make your stay easier, beds will be made upon your arrival, linen provided (tea towels/hand towels) and end-of-stay cleaning included. Heating and electricity extra from 01/10 to 01/04. Animals will be accepted at an additional cost. Possibility of loaning additional baby equipment on request (stroller, deckchair, etc.) At the foot of the Lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, 25 minutes from Troyes and 2 hours from Paris, in a village where you will find all the amenities ( bar, tobacconist, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, bank, bakery, playground, football field), come and stay in this renovated house with enclosed garden located on the main busy road in the village... Payment terms and -periods
