?? In the heart of the Alsace Wine Route, this furnished 2-bedroom apartment is located at 52 rue de la gare in Ostheim in a charming Alsatian village 9km north of Colmar. The village has several restaurants, a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, a grocery store, two hairdressers, a garage, and a few other shops.
? In a warm setting, discover Alsace, its gastronomy, its great wines, and its history. Ideally located 10 minutes from Colmar, but also 20 minutes from? the mountain of monkeys and ?of the flight of eagles or ? of the Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg and? 40 minutes from the Lac Blanc ski resort or? the Parc du Petit Prince and the Ecomusée d’Alsace. In a radius of only 10 minutes, a wealth of activities awaits you: ? casino, ? spa, ? golf, ? equestrian center, ? hikes, ? restaurants, ? wine cellars etc.

? The gîte is also an ideal starting point for traveling the Alsace wine route or discovering the Vosges massif,? its ski slopes in winter and its lakes in spring and summer. Behind the Franco-German border, about 50 minutes away, go on an adventure in the largest amusement park in Europe, ? Europa Park, or enjoy a day in the pretty town of Freiburg.

? The apartment is on the raised ground floor, there are a few steps to access the accommodation.

?All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:
? the cleaning will be done,
? the beds will be made with clean sheets, and a necessary sofa bed will be at your disposal,
? clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen,

House Rule:
? This apartment as well as all the common areas are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is strictly prohibited.

? Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.

? Animals are strictly prohibited.

? Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.

? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of €60 cleaning costs.

? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
