At the heart of the wine route, in the summer, the town of Obernai organizes numerous tourist activities and in winter you should not miss the Christmas markets.

? This 100 m² chalet is located in the heart of nature and the Alsatian forest, you will be less than 10 minutes from the city center, shops? and the tourist office.

? The living room with television is bright and opens onto the terrace.
? You will have the possibility to take your meals inside, but also on the terrace on sunny days.
? On the night side, the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed. The living room is equipped with two single beds and a double sofa bed.
? In the bathroom there is a shower, a bathtub and a washer-dryer.

? An above-ground swimming pool is accessible and heated from March 1 to October 31. The swimming pool with a depth of 1m50 measures 8m by 4m.

House Rule:
? This chalet as well as the exterior (forest in the immediate vicinity) are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.

? Animals are not allowed.

? Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.
? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of €60 cleaning costs.

? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
