30km from Strasbourg, Obernai is the second most visited town in Bas-Rhin.
At the heart of the wine route, in summer, the town of Obernai organizes numerous tourist activities and in winter you should not miss the Christmas markets.

The 70m² Clin d'œil apartment is located 15 rue du Marché in Obernai, you will be in the heart of the city center, close to its shops and the tourist office.

It has:
- An American kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, classic Nepresso coffee maker, toaster, washer-dryer) with a central island for sharing your meals.
- A living room with television and dining area.
On the night side, the apartment has
- A bedroom with a double bed
- A bedroom with a bunk bed made up of a double bed at the bottom and a single bed at the top. (This apartment is equipped with a bunk bed. The high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old.)
- A bedroom with a single bed.
In the bathroom, there is a bathtub, a vanity unit and a toilet.

The apartment is located in a historic Alsatian half-timbered house, on the 2nd floor without elevator.

Parking:
In the town center of Obernai, parking in a paid zone. The maximum parking time is 2h30. On-street parking is chargeable from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday. (Free parking 30 minutes per day per vehicle, indicating its license plate on the parking meter).
Paid covered parking with charging station for electric vehicles: 2, Rue de la Filature.
Obernai has a large range of free parking spaces, located in the immediate vicinity of the town centre, the closest to your accommodation, 400m away on foot, will be the ramparts car park (via rue de l’abbé Oesterlé)

Are you coming by train? Obernai station is 500m walk from the apartment with regular connections to Strasbourg.

House rules:
?This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
?Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.

? Animals are strictly prohibited.

?Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.

? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €60 cleaning costs.

? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
