Upstairs, a double bedroom (140x190) with television, a family room for 4 people (180x200 bed + 2 90x190 beds), a double bedroom (2 90x200 beds which can be offered as a double bed). A private indoor swimming pool ACCESSIBLE ONLY from 01/05 to 30/09 (4m x 8m - depth 1m35), heated. A heating supplement of €15/day will be requested from 01/10 to 30/04. In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, at the foot of Lake Mesnil Saint Père, 25 minutes from Troyes, come and discover this warm family home that can accommodate 8 adults and 2 children with a fully enclosed flower garden, a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and plancha. Possibility of bringing 2 cars into the property otherwise parking spaces in front of the cottage. Bikes available. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
