Upstairs, a bedroom (140x190 bed), a bedroom (2 90x190 beds or available as a 180 bed), bathroom/wc. Additional charges: gas central heating (depending on the season), wood for the fireplace and electricity extra. Beds made upon arrival. Outside: swings, slide, ping-pong table, pétanque balls, rackets, badminton, table football, Molkky will be at your disposal free of charge. Gîte themed for baby cuddles, fishing and well-being (Sauna: €20 per hour). 30 km from Troyes, 40 minutes from Provins, 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris, halfway between Disneyland and Nigloland and in the heart of the Seine Valley, gîte on enclosed, wooded land. You will find all the shops and services on site. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: equestrian center, canoeing on the Seine, Vélovoie, educational farm in the village, Camille Claudel Museum (Nogent sur Seine), animal park, feline park, lake with swimming, (15 km), boat trips in Nogent Sur Seine, visit to the Château de la Motte Tilly, Steam Locomotive Museum.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
