You will have at your disposal a kitchen with dining area, living room. Upstairs: 5 bedrooms (1 double, 3 twins including 2 in which the beds can be pushed together to form a double bed, 1 triple) or 11 beds, bathrooms. Outside, you will have a gravelled area to enjoy your meals, as well as a grassy area for the greatest pleasure of the children! Sheets are provided and charges are included. Two studios located on the ground floor of the building (capacity of each studio 2 people) can complete this gîte subject to respecting a maximum capacity of 15 people. The living room will allow the grouping of people by adjusting the layout of the dining room which is initially planned for 11 people. A stone's throw from the gîte, take advantage of your stay to discover the educational farm where nearly 150 animals live. Deposit to be deposited on arrival or credit card imprint if booking via Gîtes de France Aube. 30 km from Troyes, 15 km from Romilly S/Seine, gîte integrated into a farmhouse (also including 2 studios) and located in the Seine valley, in a village surrounded by water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
