Located in a peaceful, quiet village, where you will find all amenities and shops, this half-timbered Champagne house has been completely renovated by the owners. Built on one level, and adjoining the owners' house, this gîte offers a living room (Wifi - TV), a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom, a WC, a double bedroom (160 x 200 bed) with an enclosed courtyard opening onto a large garden, parking. Charges included, bed made on arrival, household and bathroom linen provided. 5 minutes from the motorway exit, in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient regional park and its lakes, 15 minutes from Troyes, at the foot of the Vélovoie, discover this charming house furnished with great taste.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Vélovoie (bike rental in the village), summer markets, tree climbing, water sports centers. 18 km away: visit Troyes (very beautiful medieval town which will amaze you), the factory stores. 20 km: the Champagne route (cellar visits and tasting).

The price includes: Beds made on arrival, household linen (tea towels/tablecloth/towels) and bathroom linen, internet connection, electricity.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
