Possibility to rent bikes in the village or in Géraudot and Mesnil St Père (CNA). In the village, you will find local services (food, bakery, butcher, gasoline, bank, catering, pharmacy, doctors, electric charging stations, etc.). TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient natural park, swimming, walking, cycling, rollerblading on the Vélovoie, fishing, nature outings, sailing, walk in the heart of the Champagne vineyards with champagne tasting (20 minutes ), stroll through the factory outlets, Nigloland amusement park, La Marque farm, treetop adventure playground... A few minutes from the motorway exit, the Orient lake and the forests, factory outlets, at the foot of the cycle path, 15 minutes from Troyes, the Gîte "Au Clos de Marie" is an independent single-storey, half-timbered house that can accommodate up to 6 people. Boasting Champagne architecture in harmony with the landscape, it includes a large enclosed and wooded plot.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
