On the ground floor you will have a fitted kitchen open to the living room and a lounge area, toilet, garage access to store equipment. On the 1st floor, office/teleworking area on the landing, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with toilet. On the 2nd floor, a relaxation lounge with television, a double bedroom. Outside, you will enjoy a small enclosed garden along the river NOT ADJOINING the house located 50 meters away. Oil heating, electricity, beds made, end of stay cleaning included in the price. The winegrower owners will offer you a Champagne tasting by appointment. 40 minutes from Troyes and factory outlets, in the heart of a charming village, labeled Village de Caractère with Three AOCs of Champagne (Champagne, Côteaux Champenois and Rosé des Riceys) where you will find all shops and amenities, come and stay in this pretty town house.
The price includes: Beds made, oil central heating, electricity, internet connection, end-of-stay cleaning.
The price does not include: Bathroom linen.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
