Pleasant and well-equipped cottage. Advantageous environment, good tourist location. Calodaé thermal baths in Plombières-les-Bains 2.5 km away. Épinal 35 km. Gérardmer 40 km (lake, La Mauselaine ski resort). Remiremont (TGV station) 15 km. Independent gîte on the first floor of a detached house. Independent entrance, via exterior staircase. Gite on the 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 baby bed). Living room with sofa (clic-clac for 2 people). Kitchen area, dining room, TV socket. Shower room. WC. Electric heating. Garage. Balcony, large common area. Charges included.
House close to that of the owners. On the ground floor: a guest bedroom.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
