This spacious cottage with a capacity of 4 people is in a large Vosges house nestled in a small village “Le Saulcy” in a green and very quiet environment. Hiking and mountain biking trails at the foot of the gîte.

Completely renovated apartment above the owners' house, accessible by stairs (not recommended for people with reduced mobility) and approximately 80 acres of wooded land at your disposal. Parking: accommodation in a dead end. A private space and public parking are located 200 meters from the accommodation.

Interior: Kitchen semi-open to dining room/living room, bathroom, separate WC, two bedrooms and a relaxation area.

Outside: terrace with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue.
Area for children: swings, hopscotch.
Selective sorting of waste.

Charges are included in the price as well as linen. However, sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional.

Winter: heating (ecological - pellet boiler) is included in the price.
Arrival from 4:00 p.m. on Saturday - Departure on Saturday maximum 10:00 a.m.

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.
Only equipment specifically mentioned in this announcement is present. Equipment not indicated is not considered present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
