Apartment with a view of nature and the Lispach bog. In a completely renovated residence, a few meters from La Bresse-Hohneck station. Possibility of going there on foot or by shuttle which stops in front of the residence.

Beautiful cottage with a 32 m² terrace with table, chairs and garden furniture. The view of the valley is splendid. Completely new and furnished.

Beautification work outside is underway for your greater comfort. Easy access by paved road, cleared of snow in winter. 2 bedrooms: one with a 160/200 cm double bed (direct balcony access) and one with two bunk beds (90/200 cm mattress). Living room with convertible sofa, fitted kitchen and dining area. Terrace access. Bathroom with a beautiful shower. Separate toilet. Entrance with storage cupboards. Charges not included (meter reading on arrival and departure). Private ski storage in the entrance and shared bicycle storage. Level -1 compared to the road (access by internal stairs). Covered terrace.

Private covered parking space a few meters from the Residence.
You will be welcomed by the owner or his agent: inventory and meter reading on arrival and departure. Please contact the owner 1 hour before arriving at the cottage.

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
