New apartment of 85 m2 ideally located in the heart of the Vosges massif. 3 km from the alpine and Nordic ski slopes, you can snowshoe from the apartment. In summer, the mountain bike, country, downhill and hiking trails are just a stone's throw away. Ideal for nature lovers, walks, swimming, local produce, etc...

2 bedrooms, one with a 160/200 cm double bed and one with two bunk beds (90/190 cm mattress) as well as two 90/190 beds including 1 trundle bed.
A living room with 2 convertible sofas (90x190), flat screen connected TV. Wifi access. Open to a dining room with a table that can accommodate up to 8 people.
Integrated and equipped kitchen: 3 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, hood, refrigerator and freezer compartment, kettle, coffee maker (filter and Senseo pods), toaster. Kitchen kit. Kitchen island with stools. Raclette and fondue machines.
Bathroom with a beautiful 80x120 shower. Separate toilet. Charges not included (meter reading on arrival and departure). Storage room in the basement for skis and bicycles. Oil heating included.
Shared land with garden furniture and private barbecue. (Deck chairs, parasol)
You will be welcomed by the owner or his agent: inventory and meter reading on arrival and departure. Please contact the owner 1 hour before arriving at the cottage.

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.
Only equipment specifically mentioned in this announcement is present. Equipment not indicated is not considered present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
