?? In the heart of Alsace (HautRhin) and at the foot of the Grand Ballon (Vosges), Issenheim is a pretty village between Colmar and Mulhouse ideally located between Route des Vins, Route des Crêtes and Route Romane.

The White House is located in Issenheim, this beautiful 140m² house will welcome you with family or friends. Take advantage of this beautiful space, it is a haven of peace with a large private green space behind the house.
This house is located in a village 20km from Mulhouse. Issenheim is a small village, with a supermarket in the town center, a bakery, an ATM, as well as a selection of shops.

The house is composed on the first level:
?a living room with sofa area, television, for those who like to read a selection of books in the library as well as a dining area.
?The dining kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, pod coffee machine (Senseo), toaster, frying pans, saucepans, dishes, kitchen utensils.
For your winter evenings, a raclette machine is available.

?All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:

? The accommodation includes: 3 free parking spaces in the driveway next to the house.

House rules:
?This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
?Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.

? Animals are strictly prohibited.

?Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.

? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €60 cleaning costs.

? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
