This large apartment (80 m2) and very comfortable (old style, parquet flooring, high ceilings, contemporary furniture) will allow you to enjoy all the assets of the Cité des Images and discover multiple natural and cultural tourist attractions. and heritage (museums, theater, performance hall, multimedia library, cinema complex, parks). 150m from the TGV station and all city amenities (shops, restaurants). A bus stop is located opposite the gîte and serves the 7 regular lines from Epinal. Parking is free on the street in front of the building from Monday to Saturday from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m., Sundays and public holidays and covered parking 50m away (€9/day or subscription)

Sheets and towels are provided, the beds will be made for your arrival. Located on the 1st floor of a building from the beginning of the 20th century, comfortable apartment of 80 m², benefiting from the proximity of the city center and the TGV station (150 m).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
