This 37 m² gîte is located in the former woodshed of the main house. It has a living room with a lounge area consisting of a convertible sofa (possibility of accommodating 2 additional people), flat screen TV with Netflix, home cinema, equipped kitchen with dining area designed for 4 people. The shower room on the ground floor is equipped with a walk-in shower, a vanity unit, a towel dryer and a WC. A washer-dryer is at your disposal. On the mezzanine, you will have access to the sleeping area with a 180x200 bed. Everything is heated or cooled depending on the season by reversible air conditioning. Outside, a private 40m2 terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs await you. You will have access to the one hectare park made up of remarkable trees. You will have access to the pétanque court and the children's play area. You can park a vehicle in the car park secured by a surveillance camera. 20 minutes from Troyes city center, 15 minutes from factory outlets, 10 minutes from the A5/A26 motorway, and in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, a few minutes from the Lakes, come and stay in this old woodshed, completely renovated with a lot of charm located within a one-hectare property where rest and serenity reign.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
