General

This holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and two televisions. In addition there is a terrace and a garden.

The cottage has on the ground floor a living room with spacious and bright open kitchen, dining area, television. Upstairs, a games and relaxation area on the mezzanine (library area, board games and toys), a living room with convertible sofa and connected TV with Prime (which can accommodate a 5th person with supplement). Night side, a master suite composed of a 180x200 bed which can be separated with private bathrooms (shower, sink, toilet) and sauna with free access, a double bedroom with 180x200 bed which can be separated, a bathroom and a WC. Outside: garden furniture, deckchairs, electric barbecue, parking, tea room in a small wooden cabin where you can have a coffee or an aperitif. Free access to the 6-seater jacuzzi between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. all year round. The outdoor spaces are enclosed and have a trampoline, a play area, a cabin and slides (under parental supervision). In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, near the Lakes, 10 minutes from factory outlets, 20 minutes from Troyes city center, and 10 minutes from the A5/A26 motorway, the cottage " the Coteau de l'Orme" welcomes you for your tourist or professional stays. You will enjoy hiking and nature walks in the forest and around the lakes in all seasons. Ideally located and quiet, this outbuilding adjoining the owners' house has been renovated while retaining the old charm (exposed stones and beams). To maintain each other's privacy, you will have independent access and a private wooden terrace. To make your stay easier, heating, electricity and beds made on arrival will be included in the price of the stay. Supplement of 15€/day for 5th person (adult/child/baby).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
