This air-conditioned apartment (with a capacity of 2 to 4 people) located on the first floor of an outbuilding is nestled in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, a few minutes from the Lakes and on a one-hectare property. surrounded by century-old trees and greenery. The cottage has a spacious living room with lounge area consisting of a convertible sofa (possibility of accommodating 2 additional people), flat screen TV with Netflix access, home cinema/DVD player, library, spacious equipped kitchen with dining area designed for 4 people. You will have a double bedroom (160x200 bed) with direct access to the bathrooms (bathtub, vanity unit and WC). Outside, you will have at your disposal: garden furniture, deckchairs, secure parking (closed by an electric gate) as well as access to the fully enclosed park. You will have at your disposal outdoor games, badminton, Molkky, children's play area, trampoline and pétanque court. Heating, electricity, bathroom linen and beds made on arrival will be included in the price of the stay. You can park a vehicle in the property's car park which is secured by a surveillance camera.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
