General

At the roundabout leaving the town center of Bresse, turn left towards Gérardmer. At the granite factory (around 500 m), turn left towards Col de la Croix des Moinats, Vagney. Follow this road (D34) for 3.3 km. 100 m after the Haut de Parfongoutte sign at the small parkinhg on the right, turn left, 20 m and left again.
Comfortable cottage located at an altitude of 800 m, enjoying a beautiful view of the Cornimont valley. Good location for discovering and exploring this mountain region with its many attractions. Just 4 km from the center of Bresse, its activities and shops. Individual mountain chalet comprising 2 floors, composed on the 1st floor:
- A kitchen area, 4-burner ceramic stove, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher. Filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle. Kitchen kit.
- A living room: Dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people. A sofa, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a television
- A bedroom equipped with a 160/200 bed
- Bathroom with shower cabin, heated towel rail and hair dryer. Washing machine
- An independent toilet
- 4 balconies/terraces (On each facade of the gîte)
on the ground floor (Japanese step ladder to lead to the ground floor):
- Two adjoining bedrooms, one equipped with two 90/190 beds and one with a 140/190 bed
- A toilet with sink
- Garage
Electric heating. Garage accessible in summer. Terraces including one panoramic with Pergola and one covered, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, ping-pong table, land. Charges not included. Food and doctor 4 km away. For babies: travel cot, changing mat, bath, high chair, toilet seat
You will be welcomed at the cottage by the owners (and key box)

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.
Only equipment specifically mentioned in this announcement is present. Equipment not indicated is not considered present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
