From the center of Cornimont, 3 km of paved mountain road. From Place de la Pranzière, turn right into rue de ma 3è DIA, then left into rue de la sportif, then right into rue du Droit for 600m. Then take the route des suais on the left and continue for approx.
The gîte benefits from a privileged environment: on the hills at an altitude of 800m between Saulxures and Cornimont. The owners live nearby for further advice and comfort if needed. In any season, you will be amazed by the beauty of the view of the valley and the mountains. Children will be delighted to meet the goats and donkeys nearby in summer. Fully equipped, it offers all modern comforts with a beautiful walk-in shower, a fitted kitchen and well-appointed bedrooms. Ideal for a stay with family or friends. A pure moment of relaxation with many natural activities possible in the surrounding area: hiking, tree climbing in La Bresse, tennis in the village, downhill skiing 15 km,... Apartment of 70 m² totally independent and not overlooked in a traditional building. Access to the gîte via exterior steps. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2nd bedroom: 1 single bed and 1 upper floor bed with 2 single beds, baby bed). Mezzanine with lounge area (clic-clac) and TV. Shower room with Wc. Electric heating. Charges included. Wifi. Parking space for one vehicle. Fenced mountain terrain. Terrace area. Essential snow equipment in the winter season. Access via a paved mountain road (3 km from the center of Cornimont).

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash cans), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption - if the heating in the gîte is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will have to be paid on site to the hosts)

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
