In the heart of the old town of Colmar, classified as a historic monument, within the famous Arcades which gave it its name, the Neubau apartment is a superb 60m² apartment renovated in the fall of 2021, with a lot of charm, mixing old and modern. It is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet building (no elevator).
? You will be close to shops, restaurants and bars as well as the various tourist and cultural centers of Colmar.
?This apartment is equipped with two spacious bedrooms, the first with a double bed and a second with two pull-out beds offering 4 single beds in total.
?The bright living room is made up of a kitchen area, dining area and a lounge area.
? The kitchen is equipped (fridge, oven, microwave, hob, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, frying pans, pots, dishes and kitchen utensils).
? A bathroom with bathtub and toilet completes the accommodation.
? You can optionally reserve a private parking space nearby.
? The Montagne Verte public car park is located 100m from the accommodation with a rate of around €40 per 24 hours.

For Georges Duhamel (who wrote it in 1931), Colmar was the “most beautiful city in the world”. It has also often been said that it was the most Alsatian of the cities of Alsace!
Without going into overkill with superlatives, Colmar undoubtedly remains a completely exceptional city due to the richness and variety of its historical and architectural heritage.
It is located near Germany and Switzerland, between the Vosges and the Rhine, Strasbourg and Mulhouse. The city offers visitors a striking overview of more than a thousand years of European history. Furthermore, Colmar retains, with its 67,000 inhabitants, an endearing side of a “country town” which gives it all its charm.
Despite the vagaries of a turbulent history, the city has managed to preserve an exceptional homogeneity of its historic center which, classified as a “protected area”, has benefited from restoration and permanent enhancement. The vast pedestrian zone of the old town allows visitors to admire the countless riches of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.
Whether it is the Maison des Têtes (erected at the beginning of the 17th century) which owes its name to the 111 heads which adorn its facade, or the Maison Pfister, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in his type.
The religious art of Colmar is also very rich: the Dominican Church which houses the famous “Virgin of the Rose Bush” by the Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Saint Martin Collegiate Church are wonderful examples of pure and sober Gothic art, very simple.
Strolling through the streets, the visitor, amazed, discovers the many beautiful signs, the shimmering colored roofs... Strolling along the Quai de la Poissonnerie, once the nerve center of fishing and fish sales, one can falls under the spell of this picturesque district, now called “Little Venice”.

?Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.
? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €60 cleaning costs.
? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
