We are delighted to present to you our superb holiday rental in the heart of the village of Barr, Zum Storike Nescht, (au Nid de Cigogne), a charming wine-producing town nestled in the heart of the beautiful region of Alsace. Our spacious and comfortable apartment is the ideal place to relax and fully enjoy your vacation.
Rental characteristics:
• Three beautifully appointed bedrooms to accommodate up to six people. Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable beds and storage space for your personal belongings. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third has two single beds.
• A fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances you need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you want to prepare a gourmet meal or simply enjoy a morning coffee, you'll find everything you need.
• A warm and friendly lounge where you can relax and spend time with family or friends. Enjoy a movie evening, a good book or board games at your disposal.
• The well-appointed bathroom, with bathtub and vanity unit.
• A separate toilet completes the accommodation.

?This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
?Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.

Animals are prohibited
?Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.
? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “complete cleaning” of the apartment before your arrival for €30. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of €60 cleaning costs.

? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

? Before, during and after your stay, our secretariat can be reached by telephone 24/7. This contact number will be communicated to you once your reservation has been validated.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
