On the ground floor, you will find a living room consisting of a living room with convertible sofa (with supplement of €10/night/person), TV, decorative electric fireplace, dining area, equipped kitchen and office/teleworking area. Upstairs, you will have a double bedroom (140x190 bed) with baby corner (possibility of an extra bed for a larger child), a bathroom (bath + sink + cosmetic products), a separate toilet. Outside, you will enjoy a private and fully enclosed courtyard with garden furniture with parasol, a barbecue, a relaxation lounge, and deckchairs. Bikes and scooters will be made available to you. To enhance and facilitate your stay, everything will be included in the price of the stay (bed made, bathroom linen, household linen, heating, electricity and cleaning) except the animal supplement (5€/day/animal). Street parking with disc which will be given to you by the owners or free parking without disc 50 meters away. In the heart of the town center of Bar sur Aube where you will have access to all shops and amenities (restaurants, bakery, press, cinema, supermarket, etc.), come and stay in this Champagne-style town house with enclosed and private courtyard, ideal for your tourist getaways, your stopovers or your professional stays. The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) and your pets are welcome. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Canoe rental on the river 200 m away, hiking trails and paragliding 1.5 km away, Nigloland 12 km away, cellar visits and Champagne tasting, swimming and water sports in Port Dienville, Colombey les 2 Eglises and the Abbey from Clairvaux.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
