“Les Chalets du Père Sapin” will welcome you in very warm and refined interiors, where you will find comfort, well-being and relaxation for a wonderful stay with family or friends. Chalet with outdoor spa, composed on the ground floor:
- An equipped kitchen, 4 induction burners, oven, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Filter coffee maker, senseo and nespresso, toaster, kettle. Kitchen kit.
- A living room with a dining area that can accommodate up to 10 people. 165cm TV. WIFI. Pellet stove. Board games, Karaoke, Sound Ensemble.
- A bedroom equipped with a 140/90 bed. TV
- Bathroom with Italian shower (90/90), WC, electric towel dryer and hair dryer.
- Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, electric plancha. Spa for 5 people. Ping Pong table.
Upstairs:
- A bedroom equipped with two 140/190 beds. TV
- A bedroom equipped with a 140/90 bed and a 90/190 bed.
- A bathroom. A bathtub, double sink, hair dryer and heated towel dryer.
- Garage/games room: Bar table football, bar darts. Air Hockey Table.
Charges are not included, in addition on meter reading. Household linen included, sheets included but beds are not made on arrival, bathroom linen included. Pellets for the stove are included in the price. Outside: Petanque, ping pong, 5-seater SPA (drained with each use). Only one animal is allowed per rental, and only after request from the owner. End of stay cleaning included.

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.
Only equipment specifically mentioned in this announcement is present. Equipment not indicated is not considered present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
