Estelle and François, passionate winegrowers, have the greatest pleasure in showing you around their vineyard and telling you about the making of Champagne during a friendly tasting. They will be delighted to inform you about the activities or tourist sites in the region and to help you discover the local gastronomy, by sharing with you the good addresses where to find local local products.
On the raised ground floor: large living room with open kitchen, and direct access on one level to a large terrace and the garden. Living room equipped with television, DVD/blue ray player, stereo, fireplace (wood provided). On the 1st landing: a bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200), a bathroom. On the 2nd level: a bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200) with private bathroom, separate toilet, a bedroom of 29 m² (3 beds 90 x 200 + convertible bed 90 x 190). Beds made on arrival. Outside, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, swing. The land, approximately 800 m², is completely enclosed with private parking. Children can come and meet the owners' donkeys. Charges included in the price of the stay. Animals admitted after agreement with the owner. 45 km south of Troyes, 20 minutes from the A5 motorway, Balnot sur Laignes is a charming little village, located on the Champagne tourist route, in the heart of the Côte des Bar vineyards. The Jardin Sainte Anne welcomes you in a green and relaxing setting. This pretty and very bright house is completely renovated and decorated in a soft and warm style, combining the charm of wood, stone and old furniture with a contemporary touch. Less than 20 minutes: parks and gardens, rich built heritage of Riceys (5 km), Renoir's House in Essoyes, Château de Vaux, Commanderie Templière d'Avalleur, hiking trails, sports activities 30 minutes: lakes and Natural Park of the Orient Forest (Wildlife area, eco-museum, swimming, water sports, tree climbing, etc.). 40 mins away: Nigloland amusement park, Clairvaux Abbey. 50 minutes: town of Troyes (Cathedral, Museums, factory outlets). On site: guided tour of the vineyard and Champagne tasting.

The price includes: Heating, electricity, wood, sheets (beds made on arrival), household linen (tablecloths, tea towels, towels).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
