The residence , located in the center of the city, offers air-conditioned apartments with flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. It is located behind the 'Place des Halles', with its 120 shops, just 500 meters from the TGV station and 800 meters from the 'Place Kléber'.

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
