This house consists of two accommodations placed one above the other, ideal if you are travelling with a group or with family: the upper part (reachable from an outside staircase) is a loft with bubble bath and sauna, which of course also has its own kitchen and bathroom.
Your holiday home stands on 3.5 hectares of land. All over the garden there are small corners with seating areas and sun loungers. You can enjoy a barbecue together on the large terrace. This holiday home is located in the middle of nature on the edge of Niderviller's village, 300 m from the canal between the Marne and the Rhine. The house is well decorated with an eye for details. A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
