The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, an air conditioner, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Electric heating, air-conditioning. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Terrace 25 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous view of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Single-family house "Casa Samba". Résidence Olmuccio, in a quiet position, 250 m from the sea, 250 m from the beach, 50 m from the river, direct access to the beach, in a pedestrian area. Private: well-kept garden 800 m2 (not fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers. Terrace (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 6 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 5.5 km. Nearby attractions: Centre ville de Sainte-Lucie 6 km, Plage de Pinarellu 8 km, Plage des Américains 250 m, Bonifacio 49 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de L'Ospedale 41 km. Hiking paths: Les Aiguilles de Bavella 59 km. Please note: car recommended.

There is a lake/open water less than 250 meter. You can also relax, because near Casa Samba in Zonza you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
