The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (heated, private, outdoors), a balcony and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Terraced house "Les Jardins d'Ève", built in 2019, surrounded by trees. 8 km from the centre of Solenzara, 33 km from the centre of Porto Vecchio, 105 km from the centre of Bastia, in a sunny position, 150 m from the sea. Private: swimming pool heated (7 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 02.Apr. - 01.Oct.) with alarm system. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 8 km, sandy beach "Baie de Canella" 900 m, rocky beach 300 m. Hiking paths: Aiguilles de Bavella 39 km. Please note: car recommended.

There is a lake/open water less than 150 meter. You can also relax, because near Les Jardins d'Ève in Sari-Solenzara you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
