The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a TV (internationale zenders) and a DVD player. In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a barbecue, a garden (fenced) and a patio. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Large single-family house "La Cerisaie", 2 storeys. 1.6 km from the centre of Moriani-Plage, 10 km from the centre of Folelli, 40 km from the centre of Bastia, in the residential district, 1 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: well-kept garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, orchard, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1.6 km, sandy beach "Moriani Plage" 1 km. Please note: car recommended.

There is a lake/open water less than 1 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Villa La Cerisaie (MNI260) in Santa-Lucia-di-Moriani you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
