General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden (fenced), an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.

Private: property 2'700 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden (fenced) trees, swimming pool angular (9 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Shop 750 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant, bakery, café, bus stop 750 m, sandy beach 950 m. Sports harbour 5 km. Nearby attractions: Moriani Plage 750 m, Musée archéologique de Mariana 25 km, Parc Galea 8 km. Please note: car recommended.

There is a lake/open water less than 850 meter. You can also relax, because near A Casita in San-Nicolao you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
