General

The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a barbecue and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Heating not available in all rooms. Upper floor: 1 large room with 2 double beds (140 cm, length 190 cm), hip bath/WC. 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 large double bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. Bath/WC. The living room is a farmhouse lounge. Large garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot, baby changing unit. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

There is a lake/open water less than 8,5 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Casa Gialla in San-Gavino-di-Carbini you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
