In the hamlet Abbazia 6 km from the centre of Ghisonaccia, 70 km from the centre of Porto Vecchio, 100 km from the centre of Bastia, in the residential district, 7 km from the sea. Private: garden 1'200 m2 (fenced) with trees, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (8 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 200 m, sandy beach "Plage de Quercioni, Calzarello" 7 km. Please note: car recommended.

There is a lake/open water less than 7 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Maison Casella (GHI302) in Prunelli-di-Fiumorbo you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
