Located in the center of Propriano, close to the port, shops, entertainment and about a hundred meters from the beaches, this 3-star T2 is composed as follows:
A living room with lounge area and open kitchen,
A bedroom with a 180cm double bed
A beautiful bathroom with shower and WC,
As well as a small furnished terrace with dining area.
It is fully air-conditioned and has internet.
Household linen is provided (sheets and towels).

For your comfort, we will clean after your departure, however we will ask you to put away the displaced furniture, empty the bins, wash and put away the dishes.
Otherwise €100 could be withheld from your deposit.
Pets and parties are not allowed in this accommodation.
When you arrive you will have to deposit a deposit of €500 and pay the tourist tax, depending on the booking platform.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
