General

The holiday home for 12 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a swimming pool (heated, private, outdoors), a barbecue, a patio, an air conditioner, a garden (fenced), a terrace and a table tennis table. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Porto-Vecchio: Beautiful, comfortable villa "Villa Romana", 2 storeys, surrounded by trees. On the outskirts Porto-Vecchio, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 750 m from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated, fenced (11 x 4 m, depth 70 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 31.Oct.). Table tennis, boules. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer, drying room. Parking, single garage. Shop 850 m, supermarket 2.5 km, bakery 400 m, bus stop 200 m. Sports harbour 850 m, golf course (9 hole) 6 km. Nearby attractions: Plage de Santa Ghjulia 7 km, Plage de Palombaggia 10 km, Bonifacio 27 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de l'Ospédale 26 km. There is a lake/open water less than 750 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Villa Romana in Porto-Vecchio you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
