The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV. In addition there is a balcony, a terrace, a garden (fenced), an air conditioner, a barbecue and a swimming pool (outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Single-family house, 2 storeys. In the district of Marina Di Fiori, on the outskirts, 3.5 km from the centre of Porto-Vecchio, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool angular fenced (25 x 12 m, depth 100 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: property (fenced). In the complex: restaurant. Motor boat (Local agreement), parking (for 3 cars). Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 84 m, sandy beach "Plage de Cala Verde" 2 km. Sports harbour 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Centre ville de Porto-Vecchio 3.5 km, Plage de Santa Giulia 11 km, Plage de Palombaggia 13 km, Bonifacio 30 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de l'Ospédale 20 km. Hiking paths: Aiguilles de Bavella 48 km. Please note: car recommended.

There is a lake/open water less than 200 meter. You can also relax, because near Villa Di Fiori in Porto-Vecchio you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
