The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a balcony, an air conditioner, a terrace and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Private: natural state property 2'500 m2 (fenced). Steep motor access. Roofed, parking, single garage. Shop 500 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 1 km, bakery 500 m, 10 minute walk to the centre. Sports harbour 2 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 10 km. Nearby attractions: Plage de Palombaggia 11 km, Plage de Santa giulia 10 km, Bonifacio 27 km. Hiking paths: Barrage de l'Ospédale 16 km. Please note: car recommended.

There is a lake/open water less than 1 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Villa Boccajo in Porto-Vecchio you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
