The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (outdoors), a tennis court, a terrace, a patio and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The Palazzu is composed of two buildings: the Bastion (lower part) and the Castle (upper part). Residence "Le Palazzu", built in 2016. 48 apartments in the residence. On the outskirts Porto-Vecchio, in an elevated position on a slope, 1 km from the sea, 10 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (20 x 8 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: air conditioning. Steep motor access (via unmade road). Parking. Shop 1 km, grocery 400 m, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 400 m, sandy beach 8 km. Marina 1 km, golf course 6 km, tennis 2 km, riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: Figari 21 km, Bonifacio 25 km, Solenzara 40 km, Iles Lavezzi. Hiking paths: L'Ospedale, Réserve Naturelle de Bonifacio. Please note: car recommended. There is a lake/open water less than 1 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Le Palazzu in Porto-Vecchio you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
