The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, an air conditioner, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Porto-Vecchio: Semi-detached house "Casa Caminu", 2 storeys. In the district of Boccajo, in the centre of Porto-Vecchio, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 1.5 km from the sea, 2.4 km from the beach. Private: garden, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 700 m, bus stop "Porto-Vecchio Centre" 750 m, sandy beach "Plage de Cala Verde" 2.4 km. Sports harbour 2.5 km, golf course (9 hole) 9 km. Nearby attractions: Plage de Santa Giulia 10 km, Plage de Palombaggia 13 km, Plage de Saint Cyprien 11 km, Bonifacio 31 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de l'Ospedale 20 km. Hiking paths: Les Aiguilles de Bavella 47 km. Please note: car recommended.

There is a lake/open water less than 1,5 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Casa Caminu in Porto-Vecchio you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
