General

The holiday home for 2 persons has a bathroom and is equipped with two single beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, an air conditioner, a terrace, a garden, a trampoline and a swimming pool and there are two barbecues. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a microwave.

This small-scale park on the Costa Verde has about twenty beautiful holiday homes, which were completely renovated in 2016. The kitchen and the entire bathroom have been completely renovated. The cottage is tastefully decorated and has a pleasant, covered terrace, ideal for long summer evenings.

At only 150 meters you have direct access to the beautiful beach with fine sand, without any roads in between. Groceries and a fresh croissant for breakfast can be picked up on foot less than 50 m from the park. There is plenty to do in the immediate vicinity of the holiday complex: quad biking, horse riding, water sports (jet ski, diving) or explore the marked hiking trails to discover the country. In addition, the beautiful seaside resort of Moriani-plage is only 2 kilometers away. Thanks to its ideal location, you can easily discover the different regions of Corsica during a day trip. Enjoying the beach, sea, mountains and nature: that's Corsica!

A nice park with lots of greenery, spacious and car-free. Ideal for children. After a day at the beach, they can enjoy themselves with a game of pétanque, tennis, table tennis or beach volleyball.

There is a lake/open water less than 100 meter. There is a mall nearby, in 500 meter. You can also relax, because near La Corse et la plage autrement in Poggio-Mezzana you can go to the beach, the water or the harbour.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
