Pietracorbara: Holiday village "La Pietra". 13 houses in the resort. In a quiet, sunny position, 600 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: property, well-kept garden (fenced), swimming pool (30 x 15 m, depth 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 04.Nov.). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: reception, restaurant, bar, WiFi, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Bread roll service. Parking at the house. There is a lake/open water less than 600 meter. You can also relax, because near U Castellu in Pietracorbara you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
