Located in the town of Olmeto in southern Corsica, between Ajaccio and Porto-Vecchio just a few kilometers from the first beaches, this beautiful house of 120m2 with beautiful wooded land with a capacity of 8 people is composed as follows :
A large living room with fully equipped kitchen open to the living room,
Three bedrooms with 160 cm double bed, one with adjoining bathroom,
A bedroom with 2 single beds,
A second independent bathroom, two toilets.
A pleasant furnished and shaded terrace with outdoor dining area, gas barbecue and plancha.
A swimming pool with deckchairs and garden furniture offering a magnificent view of the sea and Propriano.
A laundry room with additional fridge storage and washing machine is also available.
Linen is provided, the house must be tidy and clean before departure.
Otherwise, a cleaning package is available on site.
Animals are accepted under certain conditions, contact us.
The tourist tax may be payable additionally depending on the booking platform.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
