The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a barbecue, a garden (fenced) and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Single-family house. On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Lecci, in the residential district, 5 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 15.Sep.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. In the house: air conditioning. Grocery 400 m, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, sandy beach "plage de Saint Cyprien" 5 km. Nearby attractions: Centre ville Porto-Vecchio 10 km, Plage de Santa Giulia 18 km, Plage de Palombaggia 20 km, Bonifacio 36 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de l'Ospédale 24 km. Hiking paths: Aiguilles de Bavella 51 km. Please note: car recommended.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
