In an idyllic setting, right in the center of the seaside resort of Porticcio, the Frassu estate is located in the immediate vicinity of the beaches, shops and boat moorings.
This new, air-conditioned apartment, located on the garden level, is composed of a fully equipped kitchen open to the air-conditioned living room equipped with a rapido convertible sofa for 2 people (bed 140), all opening onto the terrace. An air-conditioned bedroom with a 140cm double bed and storage space, a bathroom and a separate toilet complete the apartment.
The advantage of this apartment: a beautiful furnished terrace of approximately 21m² with sea/garden view, numbered parking space. Internet included in the rental.
End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Only kitchen towels are not provided.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
